All Buildings have some form of mechanical and electrical systems in order to provide the facilities necessary for maintaining a comfortable working environment. The purpose of BMS is to automate and take control of these operations such as such as, lighting, power systems, HVAC, fire systems, and security systems in the most efficient way possible within the constraints of the installed building.
