Emergency Power Systems

Mains power can be lost due to downed lines, malfunctions at a sub-station, inclement weather, or planned blackouts. Areas where an interruption in the normal supply can cause safety risk or cause human life to be put at risk, Emergency systems are required.

An Emergency Power system is a standby generator which provides back up power resources when regular systems fail. They are used mainly in places of use or occupancy by a large number of people such as hotels, office building, theaters, sports arenas, parking garages, health care facilities, etc.

For Modern Electronic devices such as computers and communication networks, a more comprehensive power loss protection is needed, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is used to ensure a steady power flow.
